All services are provided by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with applicable Arizona laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

To book and receive treatments at Monk Essentials, you must:

Provide accurate and complete health information
Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during treatment
Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided

3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online through our official booking platform or in person. A credit card may be required to reserve your spot. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All services must be paid for at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure electronic payment methods. Due to the nature of our treatments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, or deposits.
