Refund Policy

At Monk Essentials, all service sales, deposits, and prepaid packages are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized and elective nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds once a service is rendered. While we’re committed to your satisfaction, credits or exchanges may only be considered in limited cases at our discretion. Please review our full policy before booking.

What to include in the Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of services, treatment packages, deposits, and retail products are final and non-refundable. Aesthetic treatments are elective procedures and results may vary from person to person. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

2. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued—even if the results do not meet your expectations. Our licensed providers make every effort to deliver safe, professional, and customized care based on your goals and clinical appropriateness.

3. Deposits & Booking Fees

Deposits or booking fees made to secure appointments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a loss of the deposit and/or additional fees.

4. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a client becomes ineligible for a treatment due to a medical reason, a credit may be applied toward another eligible service at the discretion of Monk Essentials.

5. Retail Products

We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare or retail products. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

6. Provider Discretion

All exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Monk Essentials and must be requested in writing. Credits or exchanges may be granted only in specific circumstances and are not guaranteed.
